Hi All, I have a new (2 month old) AW 17, with a Matshita DVDRWBD UJ167AM dvd bluray drive.
I have come to write to a cd today after having successfully used the drive previously, and it is no longer working. I have a yellow triangle with exclamation mark in the device manager. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, to no avail.
I cannot find any drivers online anywhere - including on the Dell website - but windows is saying the drivers are up to date. I have tried dell chat who are typically off line, and their 24 hr a day 7 day a week number for Alienware support is closed!
would any of you amazing people have any ideas please??
